Pokémon, made smarter

  1. №01

    VGC Team Report

A team-building site for competitive Pokémon VGC players. Paste any Showdown team, get a full report: damage maths against the meta, speed analysis, threat coverage, win conditions. Started as a spreadsheet I kept rewriting for myself, then grew into something other players started using.

Result227 players signed up, 20 active this month, and the report I ran my own team on at EUIC 2026.

  2. №02

VGC Team Analyser · Japanese → English

The Japanese VGC scene publishes the deepest team write-ups on the planet, and almost none of it gets translated. This Streamlit app takes a Japanese VGC article (URL or pasted text), runs it through Gemini, and gives you the full team breakdown in English: Pokémon, EVs, items, moves, and the strategy notes.

ResultLive on Streamlit, translating Japanese team reports on demand.

  3. №03

PokéCRM · A trade-night CRM for traders and vendors

A small, fast CRM for Pokémon card traders and solo vendors, the people working the floor at a trade night. I love Pokémon, and after going to a few of those nights I noticed the same problem repeating: collections live in a binder, trades live in someone's head, DMs are scattered across four apps, and the spreadsheet someone started never survives a real Friday. PokéCRM is the version of the tool I'd want traders and vendors to have in their hand at the table.

ResultIn use at trade nights by traders and vendors.

  4. №08

Pokémon Draft League · Real-time draft simulator

A draft room for Pokémon leagues. Snake or auction formats, Reg G / H and Champions pools with the banlists baked in, a 1,000+ Pokémon database with real-time legality checks, and guest links so a whole league can draft without everyone making an account.

Result1,175 sign-ups, and the app my own league drafts on.

  5. №09

    RunLocke · Pokémon challenge-run tracker

Track, share and compare Pokémon challenge runs: Nuzlockes, speedruns, full completions. Log encounters and deaths as you play, publish the champion team with historical sprites or real TCG card art, and compare runs with other players on community boards.

ResultEvery game, every trainer, one Hall of Fame.

Products

  1. №10

Atlaria · Social travel journal on a 3D globe

Build albums of photos and places and watch them land on an interactive 3D globe, with follows, likes, comments, a wishlist and travel stats. My first product with a company behind it: Online Safety Act assessment, moderation runbook and ICO registration included.

ResultLaunched on the web first; iOS and Android shells share the same code.

AI-augmented workflows

  1. №04

    Claude Routines & Custom Agents

A small, growing set of Claude-powered routines I've built around the work I want done while I'm not at the keyboard. Each one is a scheduled Claude agent with a clear job, a sensible early-exit, and a place to drop the result.

Result4 agents running daily on my own work.

  2. №05

    VGC MCP

A Model Context Protocol server that extends Claude into competitive Pokémon VGC. 200+ tools spanning damage maths, EV optimisation, team analysis, and speed control, all anchored to Smogon's 4096-scale damage formula. One calc engine, two format systems (mainline VGC and Pokémon Champions Reg MA), with the regulation auto-detected from any team you paste.

Result1,199 tests bit-for-bit against Pokémon Showdown, open source on GitHub.

  3. №06

Google Review Draft Responder · n8n

A Node.js prototype I'd written for classifying Google reviews and drafting owner-voice replies, ported into a single self-hosted n8n workflow on my own machine. Same logic, drawn as a canvas a non-developer can read, edit, and trust.

ResultCut reply time on Google reviews to a read-and-approve.

  4. №11

Hermes · A content team that is one Telegram bot

Drop a raw clip in a Drive folder from my phone. A Claude Opus agent edits it, writes the captions, builds a carousel version in each house style, and sends the lot to Telegram for a one-tap approval. Approved posts are scheduled to Instagram and TikTok and logged in the Notion content calendar. The posts you see on this site arrive the same way.

ResultEvery reel I record gets subtitles, captions, a carousel twin and a posting slot without me opening a laptop.

  5. №12

Padel Finder MCP · Court availability for AI assistants

An MCP server over the Playtomic API. Find venues near a location, check slots, compare prices, find the cheapest hour of the week, save favourites and set availability alerts. The padel addiction, automated.

Result"Find me a court tonight under £40" answered inside Claude, Goose or ChatGPT.

Brand & web

  1. №07

Oddono's · Unsolicited brand site demo

An unsolicited seven-page static site I built for Oddono's, a London gelato shop I'm a regular at. They didn't ask for it. I've never spoken to them about it. I'm a customer with their loyalty card who looked at their existing site one evening, thought it could be sharper, and built a version of what I'd want it to be. Nothing here has been shipped to or pitched at the business; it stays a personal exercise unless they ever ask.

ResultA finished seven-page demo site, built unasked as the pitch.
